ReachAI provides an AI-powered front desk for appointment-based businesses ("the Service"). You access it through our web application and APIs. By signing up you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and for all activity under your workspace. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You may not share accounts or resell access to the Service.
You may use ReachAI to automate scheduling and customer communications for your legitimate business. You may not use it to send unsolicited messages, impersonate other businesses, violate applicable law, or interfere with other users of the platform.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard — your workspace stays active until the end of the paid period, then downgraded or closed. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. ReachAI is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months.
You own your business data and customer conversations. You grant ReachAI a limited license to process that data solely to operate the Service for you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes unrelated to your workspace.
We may update these terms with 14 days' notice by email. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. Questions? Email hello@reachaiapp.com.
